At Whimsie Artsie, each creation is crafted with care and attention to detail. Because many of our products are custom-made, we maintain a clear and fair policy for returns and refunds.

1. Custom Orders
Custom-made products, including clay art, tattoo designs, and digital artwork, are non-refundable and non-returnable, as they are created uniquely for you.
Please double-check all details (color, name spelling, size, reference photos, etc.) before confirming your order.
Once production begins, cancellations are not accepted.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We take every precaution to package your order securely. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your business email] with:
Your order number
Photos or an unboxing video clearly showing the issue
After review, we may:
Offer a replacement, or
Approve a refund (depending on the case)
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days once approved.
3. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be approved only if:
The item was damaged upon arrival.
The wrong product was sent.
The issue was reported within 48 hours of delivery.
We do not offer refunds for:
Change of mind after placing an order.
Color/texture variations caused by lighting or screens.
Late deliveries due to courier or customs delays.
4. Digital Products
Digital designs and tattoo artwork are non-refundable once files have been delivered via email or download.
